Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your SlumberPod essentials as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel must have all tags and protective liners intact to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to obtain a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
